Yoga at any age builds strength and flexibility while teaching us about confidence and cooperation. Our Teens & Tweens Holiday Mini-Camp experience will offer your child tools to listen to their body/self through yoga, games and mindfulness techniques. This FUN camp experience will be the perfect opportunity after the holidays (and before school begins again) for your child to learn techniques to help them with school, sports and life in today’s world in a fun and playful environment.
