Teen Week Camp 2017 (grade 7-12) - Mechanicsville, IA

Solid Rock Christian Camp Teen Week. Drop-off is Monday, July 10th at 1PM and pick-up is Saturday, July 15th at 9AM. Space is limited and cabins will be filled on a first come basis. Any overflow will stay in tents. If there are any special dietary needs, arrangements must be made in advance. What to Bring: Please bring spending money for snacks, sleeping bag, pillow, flashlight, Bible, notepad, pen or pencil, towels, toiletries, a jacket or sweatshirt. Do Not Bring: Food, pets, cigarettes, drugs, alcoholic beverages, matches, fireworks, weapons of any kind, electronic devices (e.g., MP3 players, cell phones, games), clothing promoting worldly activities, large amounts of money, or valuables. We do provide a method of depositing money and cell phones for safekeeping. Optional: Suntan lotion, sunglasses, Chap Stick, hat, sandals to wear to and from the lake, and camera. Special Diets: Because we cannot accommodate every various special diet, please bring your own supplementary foods. Please contact us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly Gals: Clothing with a low neckline in front or back, skin-tight shirts, tank tops, or styles leaving the midriff bare should not be worn. Loose-fitting slacks or jeans or knee length shorts may be worn. A large towel or cover-up must be worn while going to and from the lake. Guys: Shirts with collars are encouraged, but not required, at evening services. Fashions that come to the top of the knee are appropriate for activity times. Exposed undergarments are not permitted. Swimsuits must be modest, trunk-type suits. Everyone: Solid Rock Camp reserves the right to ask any camper to change his/her outfit if in the estimation of the staff, it is immodest or too feminine/masculine. Admission: Cost for a week of camp is $350 dollars, but because of donations received throughout the year we are able to offer all youth camps for FREE. We recommend (but not require) each attendee should bring $20 spending money for our snack shack. Deposit: There is a refundable deposit of $25 per attendee charged at pre-registration. This deposit is to reserve your place at camp and will be refunded upon your arrival. if you need an exception to this refundable deposit, please contact us. Early Bird: Pre-register by June 1st and receive a Free Solid Rock Christian Camp t-shirt.
