YMCA Healthy Kids Day - Sioux Falls, SD

School's out and it's time to relax, decompress and have fun with friends. Summer is the time for kids to get up, get out and grow. But for some kids, exposure to activities that stimulate the body and mind ends with the school year. In fact, research shows that kids are prone to gain more weight and fall behind in studies. On May 13, the Y will celebrate Healthy Kids Day, our national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids. Join us for a day of activities, interactive booths and a Family Trail Hike at beautiful YMCA Camp Leif Ericson from 10 am - 2 pm. Healthy Kids Day is FREE to the Public.
