$20 Kid's sports and camp physicals for charity - Amarillo, TX

We are planning to offer $20 kid's 0-18 sports and camp physicals. All proceeds will go to support South Lawn Elementary school supply drive. Please remember to bring your child's physical forms. We will be closing our regular clinic to put on our physical night. Please call with any questions.
