NATIVE HEALTH's Living Well Traditionally Diabetes Prevention Youth Camp provides the necessary tools for American Indian/Alaskan youth (ages 10-12) to reduce the risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. In addition to offering a fun outdoor camping experience, the camp will also provide instruction on the importance of nutrition, physical activity, self-esteem and Diabetes prevention. There is a $75 registration fee per child. Applications will only be accepted when all forms are completed and registration fee is paid.
