Stay active this summer and join us for our first CrossFit youth camp! We will have two age groups. 5-11 and 12+. 5-11 group is 10am-12pm. 12+ group 1-3pm. During youth camp we will teach your child to fall in love with exercise, help them build confidence, and learn about nutrition!! We will use a combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting (the stuff we all used to call 'play') We will use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and loads. We will challenge the kids in a fun and progressive way. Healthy snacks and plenty of water will be provided!!
