A WEEK LONG ACTING/ PERFORMANCE PROGRAM YOUR INSTRUCTOR IS JACQUI BERNHARDT Broadway Bootcamp is a fun and exciting program designed to build and improve your child's self confidence. The week long camp allows students to focus their energy in a creative manner, exploring self-expression through acting, music and movement. The primary goal: promote a healthy interest in the performing arts while providing a fun, safe environment for kids to expand upon their musicality. Broadway Bootcamp participants are able to learn the basics of musical theatre performance and choreography by learning musical numbers and scenes from Broadway shows! It is great practice for anyone who may like to audition for a show, or loves to have fun on stage. The variety of daily games and exercises will allow your child to discover their hidden talents and expand upon their natural gifts. Jacqui is in her 8th summer of teaching Broadway Boot-camp throughout West Michigan. She has studied with Grand Valley State University's Theatre Department, participated in a Musical Theater Intensive at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City, and in 2013 she studied Live Theatre and Shakespeare at Kingston University in London, and worked for Disney.
