Teen Yoga Camp - Meridian, ID

New Teen Summer Yoga Camp at Essential Hot Yoga Meridian location. It is often said by yoga students, "I wish I would have found yoga much younger." Yoga gently opens up the body and the mind for greater self love and compassion. The teen years can be challenging with physical changes, emotional fluctuations and new social pressures resulting in anxiety or stress. The connection of body and mind through the practice of yoga has been shown to benefit teens greatly and provide a path for self regulation as they transition into young adults. In this special Teen Yoga Camp, students will be taken through a yoga class and will have the opportunity to socialize with their fellow yogis after class. Isabel Blazina is a recent high school graduate and has been teaching at EHY for nearly 2 years. This workshop will fill up quickly!Pre-registration is required. $75.00 total, space is limited. 10 students max.
