This one-week camp will provide new and experienced teenaged yogis with an opportunity to develop their practice, dive deeper into their own lived experience, build relationships, and nourish the mind and body. Each day will focus on one aspect of yoga/living, including opportunities for discussion, artistic expression, reflection, and of course, physical practice.
