Hairspray - Teen Overnight Theater Camp - The Woodlands, TX

Ages 12-19. $450. Wildwood United Methodist Join director ​Justin Ray​ and the rest of the team as you learn the musical Hairspray. It is an inspirational message of equality, as characters dance their way onto a TV show inspiring a civil rights movement in 1960s Baltimore. But NYT Teen Camp is much more than putting on a fabulous show at the end of the week for family and friends – even though you will do that! During camp you will spend time in worship and devotion, as well as hearing moving testimonies. You will also have fun with friends, while making new ones. There will be indoor and outdoor games, as well as laid back activities and free time. Some years we have had special guest speakers come and share their testimonies. Each year we find fun things to fill our time based on what is available and what God has in store for us. We will have our traditional themed dance night, this year 60s style (be on the lookout for an inexpensive, fun outfit to wear).
