Join us in our 3-part cooking camp for teenagers who love to be in the kitchen! We'll meet on three consecutive days and explore three different culinary themes. Day 1: Cake Decorating - Baking cakes, making frosting, fillings, and decorating! Day 2: Flavors of Italy - Fresh scratch handmade pasta, shaped into various shapes, topped with pasta sauce. Day 3: South of the Border - Tacos, Pico de Gallo, and Guacamole! In this camp students will learn: Kitchen Safety Proper Food Handling Kitchen Etiquette Math & Science Table Setting Food Preparation Presentation We'll meet on Tuesday June 26th, 27th, and 28th from 10:30-1:00. Parents will drop students off. For ages 13-17. Students will eat a meal at every class.
