This Summer Taboo Dance & Aerial Fitness will be offering it's Fitness Program specifically for teen girls! Teens will learn how to exercise properly on their own at home or at the gym and how to eat to maintain a healthy weight and body composition! This 2-Hour Session will focus on: - Improving balance and flexibility - Learn strength training techniques - Core development - Improve cardio endurance and stamina - Environment of support and encouragement - Young Ages 12 - 17; Open to ALL Fitness Levels Help your daughter live a confident, healthy and happy life with the tools they will learn at the Taboo's Teen Fit Camp!
