Campers (ages 9-12) will be led through playful yoga sequences, journaling exercises, and creative projects focused on mindfulness and positive mindset. We will discuss basic yoga philosophy, practice positive self-talk through mantra creation, and we emphasize a team setting to make the most of each day together. Yoga practices will emphasis proper body alignment, full body stretching, and flexibility for young athletes and movers.
