Royal Family Kids 6th Annual Spring Shopping Bazaar - Princeton, WV

We’re looking forward to another successful Bazaar this Spring! Come enjoy a day of shopping with some of your favorite direct sales companies, small businesses, crafters, and much more! If you missed out on our annual Spring Shopping Bazaar last year, or our Fall Bazaar, you certainly won’t want to miss this year’s event! A fun filled day of shopping with local crafters, vendors, and small businesses to support Royal Family Kids Camp of Princeton, WV which is a camp for abused, neglected, and at-risk children of Southern WV. (More information on our organization can be found on our Facebook page) Set Up Fees $25.00 per 6ft table OR an 8ft x 10ft Space $65.00 - Each vendor will need to provide 1 item to donate for the silent auction. Set up fees and silent auction proceeds go to the camp. Tables and chairs are provided at the venue and measure 6ft long. Deposits are nonrefundable. Considering this event is a primary fundraiser for the Royal Family Kids Camp of Princeton, WV we do not allow outside fundraisers to be set up at this event. There will only be ONE vendor from a product sale considering direct sales companies offer the same products. For example, there will only be 1 LulaRoe consultant, 1 Sabika consultant, 1 Younique consultant, etc. However for small businesses and crafters, we do allow multiple vendors to set up due to the variety and craftsmanship of products offered by these vendors. ***MESSAGE us privately about reserving your space on our Facebook page, “Royal Family Kids Camp, Princeton WV” ***Before contacting us about representing a direct product sales company please scroll all the way through the event page to ensure there is not already someone representing that product. Upon contacting us to reserve a space, vendors will be required to mail in their set up fee by March 14th. If set up fees are not made by March 14th you will be notified and your spot will be available to other product representatives and/or crafters if arrangements are not made otherwise.
