Teen Spirit Camp Windham July 30-August 3 - Windham, ME

With a holistic approach to integrating mind, body and spirit, this 5-day program teaches children how to nurture their inner and outer worlds. We draw from ancient wisdom traditions and present-day holistic practices that lead to a deeper awareness of self. Experiential learning is the vehicle for connection to self and spirit using an array of methods such as storytelling, crafts, activities, games and spending time in nature. The curriculum includes working with energy, chakras, auras, guided visualizations, the law of attraction, an attitude of gratitude, working with the elements, the four directions, and shamanic journeying. This unique program offers children a profound opportunity to experience a deeper awareness of who they are while they are having fun and playing games. Most summer camps focus on entertaining children or teaching them a skill. Spirit Camp provides a fully engaging, non-competitive environment for children to learn about who they are and how they function in the world.
