YMCA Champions Youth Volleyball Camp - Gadsden, AL

Location: YMCA of the Coosa Valley – 100 Walnut Street Gadsden Alabama Camp Dates: Middle School Camp Saturday - April 7 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) Sunday – April 8 (1:00 – 4:00 p.m.) Camp Dates: High School Camp Saturday - April 14 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) Sunday – April 15 (1:00 – 4:00 p.m.) Camp Fees: $ 40.00 (Includes Tee Shirt and Snack Pack) This camp will be geared towards basic volleyball fundamentals; as well as, advanced techniques based on the player’s ability. This is a comprehensive leadership and volleyball training program for athletes who aspire to be their best on and off the volleyball court. The camp will be conducted by Coach Jim Bogle. Jim Bogle coached volleyball at Jacksonville High School in 1997 before accepting the head coaching job at Gaston High School in the summer of 1998, where he coached until 2008 where he led his team to the Class 1A state championship in his final season. He is currently serving as the head volleyball coach for Etowah Highschool and works part time for the local YMCA. Registration Dates: March 10 – April 1st (must register before April 1st to receive camp tee shirt)
