Haitian Folk Cardio Dance Class

This class is designed to engage individuals who are interested in getting a good workout, as well as crafting their dance skills in Haitian folk dance. All classes are conducted with live music and is very innovative. Class is presented in a mixed level, non-competitive environment. Each class is like a mini version of our annual Haitian Folk Dance LAB (HFDL).  If interested, you can be part of the TLL Dance Ensemble. TLL has done work alongside various artists to include music videos and concerts. Our classes stop in June, in preparation of Summer camp, and resume in the Fall.
