Run Your Own Restaurant - Summer Adventure Camp

Monday, June 17 thru Friday, June 21 ~ 9 a.m.-12 p.m. daily Grades 5-8* *Please note: This is the grade for school year 2019-20 Campers will work in teams to create their very own restaurant! They will collaborate to write a menu, think of ideas for a uniform, and the types of dishes their restaurant will serve. Students will practice making craft beverages, homemade pasta and sauces, delicious desserts; as well as practice proper etiquette and formal place setting. On the final day, adults will be invited to their restaurant to taste their “signature” dish.
