Summer LeadHERship Camp 2019

BEAUTY, BRAINS & BUSINESS Summer LeadHERship Camp  Spend the week in the Beauty Lab exploring the field of cosmetic chemistry, creating and testing your own line of personal care products and discovering your definition of true beauty. Network and collaborate in the Start Up Studio as you develop an entrepeneurial skill set and compete in a Lemonade War. Girl Talk, Chat and Chew Book Club, a Secret Scavenger Hunt and a Pool Party are all apart of the FUN! The girls will host a PDL (Public Display of Learning) during the last week of camp for friends, family and the community.  Our camp program is designed to be an interactive learning experience incorporating leadership development, self esteem building, entrepreneurship, literacy, STEM, and college and career exploration. We are excited to host our camp at Middle Georgia State University in Macon, Georgia. Girls entering grades 3rd- 8th are invited to join us for a memorable summer experience. Our program will run from Monday, July 1, 2019 through Wednesday, July 24, 2019. Our hours of operation are from 9am to 3 pm. Participants will be required to bring a brown bag lunch. Snacks will be provided. Summer LeadHERship Camp Schedule Opening Week- Monday, July 1 -  Wednesday, July 3 (closed July 4th & 5th) The Beauty Lab- Monday, July 8 -  Friday, July 12 The Start Up Studio- Monday, July 15 -  Friday, July 19 Celebration / Showcase- Monday, July 22 -  Wednesday, July 24 How to Register: You must register online at: trueyouthsummerleadhership.eventbrite.com The registration fee is $50 per particpant. It includes a camp tee shirt, summer reading book, journal, project materials and field trips. This fee secures your child's space at camp. It is non-refundable. The cost of the Summer Leadership Camp is $400 (including the registration fee). After the registration fee is paid, you will receive a Welcome email with a registration packet and an invoice to pay the balance of your child's camp tuition. You will be required to submit  a completed registration form before the start of camp. Camp tuition payments can be paid in full or two equal payments. Final payments are due on or before June 15, 2019. Space is limited to maximize the quality of the program. Register today!
