Graphic Novels Summer Camp

GRAPHIC NOVELS Week| July 22-26 | Ages 8+ | Save $30 before June 1 Campers will study existing graphic novels before we transform a classic story into a graphic novel as a group. Campers will also write their own narratives and design a graphic mini-novel to accompany it. Your registration includes the entire week of July 22-26 even though the event date specifies just the first day.  There are two times offered: 9am-noon or 12:30-3:30pm. Students are welcome to enroll in both sections if parents wish to have a longer camp day for their children. The half hour transition in the middle will come with your enrollment in both sessions (there is no expectation that you will pick up your child for that time; our intention is to create a full day camp option for those who are seeking it). *The themes for each day will be the same, but the content will be different, so the sessions do not simply repeat what was done in the morning.* A minimum of 3 participants per section must be enrolled in order for us to deliver the specific camp session. A maximum of 10 participants are welcome per session for these small group enrichment camps. An early bird discount is being offered for those who sign up prior to June 1st. Pay just $115 now. This is a great option for those who wish to enroll siblings and/or sign up for multiple sessions of this and other camps we are offering from June-August. Save $30 until 6/1; camp prices will be $145 per session after that date. *By registering for this course, you agree to grant Reis Learning Center the right to take photographs and video of you, your child, and your property in connection with the above-identified course, for such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. **Tickets are not refundable, but they are transferable to another participant for the same dates and times only.
