She blends philosophies from power-vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga, hot yoga, and kundalini yoga to create diverse and challenging workouts and flows that leave you feeling not only physically worked out, but emotionally more balanced as you navigate a broader understanding of what health and fitness mean. HARD yoga blends the many fitness philosophies with yoga to create strength and power while staying lean and focused. Nutrition plays a monumental role in our desired fitness goals, but ultimately how we will age and the state of our health as we do. HARD yoga offers CHILD FIT for 8:30 am / 9:00 am / 9:45 am classes SUMMER CAMP -offered June 22 - August 31 for kids ages 6 and up $10 drop in NUTRITION: one on one counseling/ cooking lessons are available as well as group cooking classes
