Shine Project Foundation Surf Camp For Kids With Special Needs - Virginia ...June 30The The Shine Project Foundation's mission is to partner with local businesses, organizations, and families to ensure a better quality of life by providing inclusive enrichment events and spreading awareness for children with special needs and their families.
